We accept virman, e-banking or credit card payments.
We give our customers 24 hours to confirm and make the payment by general payment slip or e-banking from the moment of their order confirmation, and commit to shipping the order as soon as the bank completes the transaction to our account. Reference number should contain the order id, and all payments should go to IBAN :HR4823600001501937418 Zagrebačka banka.
After a successful order, and within 24h we’ll send you an email offer to the email address you stated during your checkout process. After your payment is confirmed, we’ll immediately ship the items to your address.
The last step of your order takes you to the T-com Pay Way payment gateway page. You can choose the type of your credit card, and enter the required data there. We accept payments by American Express®, MasterCard®, Maeastro® and Visa cards. After a successful order, you’ll be taken to the thank you page with confirmation that will also be sent to your email address. The T-com Pay Way system will also send you the confirmation email of charge authorization on your card to your email address. For your protection, the Pay Way system does not allow us to charge your credit card for ammount greater than authorized or let us see your credit card details.
Guliver webshop takes online security seriously and will cooperate with authorities on all credit card fraud investigations. We retain the right to require additional information from you, and should the matter arise, will contact you by phone or email.
