You can order goods 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Official opening hours of the web shop are work days from 7 am until 3 pm and all orders received after that time will be processed the following business day.

All orders received over the weekend will be processed on the first working day.
All prices are in the national currency, Croatian kuna (HRK), with VAT included.

The customer will receive the order confirmation by e-mail after the purchase, which includes all legally required details.

In some cases, it is possible that some of the ordered items can not be delivered, or that some of the items from the offer are sold out.
In this case, the customer will be notified by e-mail or phone.

Seller agrees to deliver the product that fits the description stated on the web shop. All products are reviewed and controlled before the packaging, so please if you notice any damage, inform us via e-mail: [email protected]. If the contents of the consignment do not correspond to the order, we will bear the costs of shipment, and we will send you the correct product at our expense. If some of the ordered items you receive do not fit or you simply do not like it, you can feel free to replace them, within seven (7) days of receiving the product, upon presentation of the original invoice and the original packaging.

The replacement product will be sent upon the receipt of returned items, but only if all conditions of product replacement are fulfilled. The picture that illustrates the product on the website does not have to match the actual appearance of the product and the buyer can not complain to this segment. Seller is not responsible for any damage and other liabilities that are in the domain of the delivery (the company that performs the delivery of the product). In case your received item is damaged in transport, return the same by courier to our address, and you will be sent a new correct item at our expense. We emphasise that with the items that you return, change or claim you are required to submit the original documents that you received. Items must be returned in their original packaging and properly protected to prevent the possibility of damage to the product during transport.

Gulliver web shop agrees to protect customers’ personal data in a way that it collects only necessary, basic information about customers / users that are necessary for fulfilling our obligations; we inform customers about the way we collect information and regularly give customers a choice about managing their data, including the decision whether or not to have their name removed from the newsletter list.

All the information about the user are strictly confidential and are available only to Gulliver employees, and only when they are necessary to perform the job. All employees at Gulliver web shop and business partners have to respect the policy.

Gulliver webshop takes fraud seriously and cooperates with the relevant departments in the investigation of anyone who uses a stolen credit card. We reserve the right to seek additional information and we will, if it comes to it, by telephone or e-mail.

All contents published on our website, such as texts, trademarks, icons, images, logos, digital content, software and all others who are not listed but are published on our site, are the Gulliver webshop property and are protected by domestic and international rights.
