Seller agrees to deliver the product that fits the description stated on the web shop. All products are reviewed and controlled before the packaging, so please if you notice any damage, inform us via e-mail: [email protected]uliver.hr. If the contents of the consignment do not correspond to the order, we will bear the costs of shipment, and we will send you the correct product at our expense. If some of the ordered items you receive do not fit or you simply do not like it, you can feel free to replace them, within seven (7) days of receiving the product, upon presentation of the original invoice and the original packaging.
The replacement product will be sent upon the receipt of returned items, but only if all conditions of product replacement are fulfilled. The picture that illustrates the product on the website does not have to match the actual appearance of the product and the buyer can not complain to this segment. Seller is not responsible for any damage and other liabilities that are in the domain of the delivery (the company that performs the delivery of the product). In case your received item is damaged in transport, return the same by courier to our address, and you will be sent a new correct item at our expense. We emphasise that with the items that you return, change or claim you are required to submit the original documents that you received. Items must be returned in their original packaging and properly protected to prevent the possibility of damage to the product during transport.
